Occupying our kitchen space is the award-winning Chef Ari Jo Ellis and her sausage shop THE CUT. Recognized as a rising star by the St. Louis culinary world, Ari knows her way around a cut of meat. Bratwurst, chorizo, and other links are all produced in-house, as are many of the proper accoutrements including kraut & kimchi. It's the perfect partner for your beer. Come hungry!
